We have eleven unique rooms - - some with full kitchens. We serve a continental breakfast each morning. PLEASE READ about our pricing: Although many of our rooms can sleep more, our starting rates are for 1 or 2 people per room - each additional person is charged $25.00 per night. We also charge for children ages 4 and up. Our room tax rate is 9%. You can read the rest of our policies at the bottom of this page.

We offer Weekday Discounts during our Peak Season. When you stay Monday night through Thursday night, you can save an additional $20 on your room selection. There is also no minimum stay requirement on Weekdays. So avoid the crowds and save money. Just another way to say...Relax.

Kitchen Balcony Suite

The kitchen balcony suite can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a Queen-sized bed and a futon in the bedroom, a small bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a private balcony where you can enjoy the river and garden views from sunrise to sunset. The balcony also has adjoining doors to the rooms on either side.

Two Bedroom Balcony Suite

The Two-Bedroom Balcony Suite has two separate bedrooms with a King-size bed in the front and a Queen-size bed in the back. The balcony is just off the back bedroom and has one of the best views. The room is equipped with a kitchenette*. There is also an adjoining door off the balcony that connects to the Kitchen Balcony Suite.

River View Balcony

This room can accommodate up to four in an open floor plan that overlooks the river. It has a Queen-size bed, a futon sofa/bed and a kitchenette*. Soak in the tub then sit back and enjoy the eco-friendly fireplace. Better yet, enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private balcony. There is also an adjoining door off the balcony that connects to the Kitchen Balcony Suite.

This is our very special "Romance Room" for two (no children please). It has a King-sized bed, a fireplace, a two-person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and comfortable leather chairs in a well appointed air-conditioned room overlooking the river. Family Garden Studio

The Family Garden Studio is our largest room and can accommodate up to six people. It has 2
Queen-sized beds, a futon sofa/bed, and a big bathroom with spa tub. This family-friendly room with fireplace and full kitchen opens onto a large sunny patio right on the river.

Each One-bedroom Suite has two separate rooms: a bedroom with a Queen-size bed in the back and a sitting room with a futon sofa/bed in the front with kitchenette*. There is a covered porch in front.

One Bedroom Kitchen Suite

Just like the one-bedroom suite #5 above except this unit has a fully stocked kitchen. Ideal for the small family on a budget.

The Two-bedroom Suites have separate bedrooms. Suite #4 has a Queen-size bed in each room and Suite #6 has a King-size bed in one room and a Queen-size bed in the other. There is also a kitchenette*.

*More about the rooms:  Every room has a private bathroom, all with hairdryers and showers; some with bathtubs. Kitchenettes are comprised of microwaves, coffee makers and small refrigerators. Each room has telephone, cable TV, and a VCR with complimentary movies.

RESORT POLICIES

• Pricing:  Rates listed are for 1 or 2 guests per room. Additional guests are charged $25.00 per night. We charge for children ages 4 and up. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits:  Reservations must be secured by a deposit of one night’s lodging in advance. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
• Minimum Stays:  There is a 2 night minimum on weekends from May through October and a 3 (or 4) night minimum (as appropriate) for holidays and special events. Shorter stays may be permitted on a space available basis. There is no minimum stay requirement Monday through Thursday.
• Check-in:  Time is 3pm to 7pm. Please arrange for late arrival in advance.
• Check-out:  Time is 11am. Exceptions only upon request AND can be subject to additional charges.
• Day Use:  Sorry, but due to the intimate size of our property, we do not permit day usage to anyone other than our checked-in guests. Upon check-out you will need to exit the property.
• Parking:  Due to size constraints, parking is limited to one vehicle per room. There is street parking available nearby.
• Smoking: Sonoma County ordinance restricts smoking to designated areas that are a minimum of 25 feet away from any of the buildings. Smoking in any of the rooms will incur an automatic $100 penalty.
• Children:  Are always welcome (ages 3 and under stay free).
• Pets:  We have seven pet friendly rooms designated with a pawprint above. If one is available during your requested stay an additional $25/night pet fee is assessed. If booking online, please indicate you are bringing your pet. Please call if you have any questions.
• Visitors:  We’re sorry, but we do not allow outside visitors without prior approval. Additional fees may apply. Drop-offs & pick-ups excepted.
• Cancellations:  To receive a deposit refund, a 7 day notice is required. A $25 processing fee will be assessed.
• Early Departures:  There are no refunds for early departures and/or unused nights.
• Discounts:  Weekday Discounts apply to Monday through Thursday night stays during our Peak Season. We also offer discounts for AAA, AARP, and active military -But- you must be able to provide proof upon check-in and you MUST mention it when booking over the telephone or under "Additional Reservation Information" when booking online. Discounts and other special offers cannot be combined and are not retroactively applied.
